When a lease agreement period expires, generally you are require to restore the premises back to its original state., also known as “make good”, This involves removing anything that wasn't in the premises to begin with, even if it is visually pleasing to the eye and has been aesthetically designed. This may include new flooring, updated and modern fixtures and finishes, and glazing, just to name a few.  We will restore your space back to its original condition, handling every process from inception to completion.
